Sargassulfamide A, an Unprecedented Amide Derivative from the Seaweed Sargassum naozhouense

Sargassulfamide A (1), a unique amide derivative, was isolated from the seaweed Sargassum naozhouense. The structure of the new isolate was established by extensive analysis of various spectroscopic data and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
