Nitrogen-Containing Heterocyclic Derivatives of Maleopimaric Acid by Carboxyl Function and their Antioxidant Activity

New N-heterocyclic maleopimaric acid derivatives were prepared and shown to affect free-radical oxidation in model systems, in particular, to suppress reactive oxygen species generation and stimulated lipid peroxidation in model systems containing lipoproteins.
