Crystal structure of a tetrabromo derivative of cyclopropyldihydroarglabin and its antifungal activity

Abstract

A tetrabromo derivative of arglabin was synthesized stereoselectively. The molecular structure of the new compound was established using PMR and 13C NMR spectra and an x-ray structure analysis. Its antifungal activity was demonstrated.
