Control Problem for Several Dynamical Processes with Delayed Information Arrival

We consider the control problem for several dynamical processes in the presence of an uncontrolled external parameter subject to a geometrical constraint [1 – 4]. The information providing the values of the external parameters arrives with a delay. Sufficient conditions on the process parameters are derived, ensuring the existence of a control under which at least one process is guaranteed to attain the target set.
