Synthesis of 2H-thiochromene derivatives (microreview)

The microreview considers recent methodologies for the synthesis of 2H-thiochromenes including enantioselective synthesis, multistep synthesis, o-halobenzaldehyde-based reactions, intramolecular alkyne iodo/hydroarylation reaction, tetramethylguanidine-catalyzed reaction, and sequential one-pot Cu/Pd-catalyzed reaction. Selected articles published since 2016 are covered.
