Retraction Note: Unsaturated dynamic constitutive model under cyclic loading

The Editor in Chief has retracted this article. Following publication, the corresponding author contacted the journal stating the data presented in Figs. 11 and 12 is incorrect and the conclusions are unreliable. Further investigation by the publisher has found concerns about peer review and the use of inappropriate or irrelevant references. All authors agree to this retraction.
