Computer simulation of a high power relativistic plasma microwave amplifier in a finite external magnetic field

Abstract

A relativistic plasma microwave amplifier was computed with KARAT code for conditions very close to those in our previous experiment. Distinguishing features of the model amplifier are the presence of a microwave absorber and a finite external magnetic field.
