Particle diffusion in a system of magnetic islands in tokamaks in fully Hamiltonian approach

Abstract

Particle dynamics in a system of magnetic islands is studied. It is shown that fully Hamiltonian description of particle dynamics yields results di(r)erent from those obtained in field lines description.
