Abstract
Magnetic properties (coercivity, susceptibility, magnetostriction) of Fe40Ni38Mo4B18 alloy were investigated in amorphous as well as in nanocrystalline state. The sample were heat treated at the temperatures 380–470°C for 1 hour to obtain different structures. The optimal annealing temperature was found to be 420°C.
