Combustion, Explosion, and Shock Waves Aims and scope

Abstract

A comparison is made of the results obtained for one- and two-dimensional models used to describe the ignition of a liquid condensed material by a single particle heated to high temperatures. Ignition delays and the effect of heat content of the energy source were determined.
