Abstract

A methodology is proposed for designing an IT infrastructure under constrained resources. The methodology is based on properties of graph algebra, genetic algorithms, Petri nets, and peculiarities of constraints. Two approaches to solving load balancing problems in the IT infrastructure are considered.
