Abstract
The presence of monopolists in an economic system and a nonlinear dependence of technological coefficients on output vectors are considered. An earlier tax theory is extended to this case. An algorithm of solving the equilibrium problem in such an economic system is proposed. The effect of monopolists and the tax system being used on the Ukrainian economy is investigated.
