Properties and Characteristics of Coal-Water Slurries with Addition of a Pyrogenetic Liquid

  • INDUSTRIAL ECOLOGY
  • Published:
Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Aims and scope

The results of studies of calorific value and dynamic viscosity of coal-water slurries with addition of a pyrogenetic liquid are presented. It was found that addition of small quantities (not more than 10 wt.%) of a pyrogenetic liquid raises the calorific value of the slurries by 6%.
