Calculation of Suspension Mixing Process in Paddle Mixer

  • Published:
Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Aims and scope

Based on the postulates of mechanics and probability theory an expression has been obtained for the key suspension mixing process efficiency indicator, namely, the heterogeneity coefficient, as a function of parameters of solid mixing process in a three-phase system. A method has been developed for calculating microdiffusion coefficient characterizing the intensity of particles mixing process.
