Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Aims and scope

A classification of closed-type rotary mixers for use in producing plastics and rubber mixtures is developed. A critical survey of the most characteristic designs of closed-type periodic and continuous rotary mixers as well as rotors belonging to these types of mixers that have been developed over the past century by designers and inventors from leading countries around the world is carried out.
