A classification of gravity mixers of bulk materials (powdery, granulated, or fragmentary materials) used in equipment of enterprises in the chemical industry and in construction materials factories is proposed. A critical survey of the most characteristic designs of gravity mixers developed by designers and inventors in the leading countries of the world is carried out.
