New Magnetofluid Seals for Shafts of Machines and Mechanisms (Patent Review)

  • Published:
Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Aims and scope

Designs of magnitofluid seals for the rotating shafts of pumps, compressors, and other machinery of the chemical and oil-gas industry, which are proposed in the scientific-technical and patent literature of industrially developed countries of the world, are examined. Basic trends in design development of magnitofluid seals are indicated for rotating shafts of machines and mechanisms.
