A method of flaring the cylindrical end sections of shaped tubes with rolling devices is described. These tubes are used in the production of heat exchangers, and also in the oil-gas industry (shaped well covers). A model of the process, which makes it possible to determine the stress-strain state and damage sustained by the tube material is proposed, and the sequence of calculations is indicated. Recommendations for refinement of the flaring process are given on the basis of the results obtained.
