Implementation of procedure for centrifugal hydrodynamic fractionation of finely disperse particles

  • Published:
Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Aims and scope

Theoretical confirmation is given for a procedure and analysis of particle separation of a sample formed from a finely disperse suspension in a batch-action centrifuge. Formulation of a rational practical procedure for centrifugal fractionation with resultant particles of a given size is demonstrated in a specific example.
