Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Aims and scope

Energy- and resource-conserving characteristics of heat-exchange tubes with wound-on helical aluminum fins, which are employed in air coolers, are presented. Designs of bimetallic finned tubes with intensified convective and contact heat exchange, enhanced thermal reliability, and high adaptability to fabrication are described. Characteristics are given for fabrication of the tubes.
