Domestic equipment for continuous mixing of fluids is examined. The design of static IKhL SS mixers and their physical operating principles, which are based on the Kolmogorov turbulence model, is described. Relationships and nomograms for selection of static mixers with respect to output criteria and mixing effectiveness, and also examples of practical application of static mixers are presented.
