Liquid degassing in overflow devices of mass-exchange plates

Abstract

Various contact (overflow) devices with high heat-exchange indicators, which can be used to degas liquid media in chemical and related branches of industry, are examined.

A classification of methods employed for the degassing of a gas-liquid flow and designs of overflow devices is proposed on the basis of their analysis and codification.
