which should read
“with injections in the right coronary artery [4,5,6,7,8] (Fig. 1), and peaking (i.e. increase in the amplitude) of the T-waves with injections in the left coronary artery [4,5,6,7,8] (Fig. 2)”.The original article has been corrected.
