The maleic anhydride market in Russia is analyzed. An assessment is made of the existing maleic anhydride production technologies and the optimal technology is proposed. The scheme with a fixed catalyst bed is selected. Possible problems arising at all construction and production stages are identified and ways of solving them are proposed.
