Evaluation of physico-chemical properties of hydrocarbon systems based on spectrum-property and color-property correlations

  • Published:
Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Express methods are proposed for determination of physico-chemical properties of multi-component hydrocarbon systems based on principles correlating physicochemical and optical properties of substances, i.e., based on spectrum-property and color-property correlations. Statistical processing of data acquired indicates that the proposed express methods are in no way inferior to conventional investigatory methods in accuracy.
