The requirements for the method of sampling the products were postulated based on the results of a systematic study of the composition of used lubricants (UL) in railroad tank cars in deliveries to the ROSA-1 Ltd. used lubricant processing plant. A system for the most objective collection of samples for analysis in reception of UL in railroad tank cars was developed and is used in practice.
