A solution to the problem of production of diesel fuel that satisfies the requirements of modern specifications in minirefineries by constructing a combined modular installation for hydrotreating of diesel fuel with a hydrogen production block. The naphtha cut manufactured during hydrotreating is used as the feedstock for hydrogen production.
