The working process for flow of a solution containing various organic structures through a cell with adsorbent powder used for the isolation of DNA molecules in sample preparation units was studied. Special attention was given to experimental, computational, and theoretical study of the uneven flow of working medium through the porous body in the cells. A mathematical model of the process was developed – a model of working medium flow through the cell with porous body due to pressure difference.
