Radioelectronic, Biotechnical, and Information Technologies in the Educational and Scientific Activities of the Medical Radioelectronics Department of St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation

This article describes educational programs of biomedical electronics and informatics developed and introduced by the Medical Radioelectronics Department of St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. Several scientific technologies from the area of interests of the leading scientific school “Radioelectronic and Information Tools for Evaluation of Physiological Parameters of Living Systems” are reviewed, such as radio-electronic methods and means of solving telemedicine problems and ultra-high resolution electrocardiography designed by the department's team for development of techniques of early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
