A method for calculation of the radiation parameters of an X-ray apparatus from its spectrum is described. The method estimates the total X-ray beam filtration in the first and second half-absorption layers and the radiation homogeneity coefficient. The equation for practical calculations is derived and applied to processing of experimental results.
