A Device for Wireless Transmission of Electrocardiographic and Electroencephalographic Data

  • Published:
Biomedical Engineering Aims and scope

A review of modern wireless protocols for ECG/EEG sensors is presented. The Texas Instruments CC2530 micro-controller, which provides a wireless data channel based on industrial standard ZigBee, is discussed. A circuitry engineering solution based on this device is presented. The developed device and its major parameters are given.
