Kinetic Characteristics of Myosin ATPase in Dog Skeletal Muscles after Shin Bone Fracture

Kinetic characteristics of myosin from dog anterior tibial and gastrocnemius muscles after shin bone fracture were studied. Myosin affi nity for ATP increased in muscles of the injured and contralateral limbs.
