A method of optimizing gas-centrifuge cascade systems for separating binary mixtures of isotopes is proposed. This method makes it possible to determine the optimal parameters of a system with an arbitrary scheme for connecting steps and cascades without performing preliminary calculations of each cascade. This method was used to perform calculations of two-cascade systems with different connection schemes and optimization criteria.
