The problem of calculating a cascade with several feed flows is examined. Relations are proposed for calculating a cascade by partial-flow sections. A procedure is developed for optimizing the parameters of a cascade for the separation of a multicomponent mixture of isotopes. Minimization of the total flow with a prescribed target component concentration at the waste and product of the cascade is taken as the criterion of optimization. A computational experiment is performed. A characteristic example of the optimization of a three-flow cascade is presented.
