Abstract

This article is based on the Marian Chace Foundation lecture delivered at the 51st annual conference of the American Dance Therapy Association. The author addresses the status of access to dance/movement therapy (DMT) services in the United States, and discusses various challenges to and strategies for integrating DMT further into the nation’s mainstream health reimbursement systems.
