Abstract
Solitary fibrous tumor of the ischioanal fossa is a rare neoplasm. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a solitary fibrous tumor in the ischioanal fossa. The presentation and symptomatology are presented. The radiologic and pathologic features of the lesion are described. Excision is the recommended treatment.
