Prostate adenocarcinoma most often metastasis to the bones of spine and pelvis. Metastasis to the supradiaphragmatic lymph nodes as uncommon presentation of this disease has been increasingly reported. Here we reported a 61 years old man with prostatic adenocarcinoma who presented with generalized lymphadenopathy.
