Zusammenfassung

Eine transabdominale oder laparoskopische Follikelpunktion ist in der Regel nur noch bei einem Maldescensus der Ovarien erforderlich, der bei einer Uterusagenesie oder bei einer Uterusfehlbildung auftreten kann. Die Ausbeute an Eizellen scheint bei einem transabdominalen und laparoskopischen Zugang ähnlich zu sein, ist aber niedriger als bei einer transvaginalen Punktion.

Abstract

Normally, transabdominal or laparoscopic follicular puncture is now only necessary in ovarian maldescent, which can be the case in uterine agenesis or – rarely – uterine malformation. The rate of oocyte retrieval appears to be similar with transabdominal and laparoscopic approaches but is lower than with a transvaginal puncture.
