Zusammenfassung

Die Abklärung der Schilddrüsenfunktion hat sowohl bei der Betreuung von Kinderwunschpatienten als auch bei Patientinnen mit Zyklusstörungen einen besonderen Stellenwert. Basale Kenntnisse über endokrinologische Zusammenhänge sind bei der Betreuung solcher Patienten erforderlich. Der folgende Beitrag versucht, einen Überblick über das Gebiet der Schilddrüsenerkrankungen in Bezug zu unerfülltem Kinderwunsch zu geben.

Abstract

Awareness of the thyroid status in infertile couples as well as women suffering from menstruation disorders is important for treatment. Therefore, profound knowledge about endocrinological pathways is necessary for the care of such patients. The following article gives an overview of the field of thyroid disorders in relation to the treatment of infertile couples.
