Résumé
Largement employé dans la cuisine indo-asiatique pour ses qualités tant gustatives que facilitatrices de la digestion, le gingembre est aussi une épice médicinale aux multiples propriétés. De nombreuses publications s’accumulent pour étayer sa propriété antiémétique alléguée traditionnellement. Le gingembre pourrait donc représenter le traitement naturel de référence de la nausée, sans risque et à peu de frais.
Abstract
Widely used in Indo-Asian cooking as much for its taste and as facilitator of digestion, ginger is a spice with many medicinal properties. Many publications supports its traditional anti-emetic property. Ginger could therefore represent the reference of natural treatments for nausea, cheap and without side effects.
