Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent l’observation d’une patiente de 33 ans, qui a présenté une fracture de contrainte bilatérale du troisième métatarsien survenue dans un tableau d’hyperparathyroïdie secondaire. À travers cette observation, les aspects épidémiologique, diagnostique et thérapeutique des fractures de contraintes par insuffisance osseuse sont revus.

Abstract

The authors report a case of a 33-year-old patient who presented with a bilateral stress fracture of the third metatarsal related to secondary hyperparathyroidism. Through this case, the authors discuss the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of insufficiency fractures.
