Résumé

Nous rapportons une observation rare d’une maladie inflammatoire chronique de l’intestin (MICI) sous une forme pseudotumorale régressive sous traitement. C’est dire l’importance des biopsies multiples et répétées afin d’éliminer une tumeur maligne.

Abstract

We report a rare case of chronic inflammatory bowel disease in a pseudotumoral form improving on treatment. This illustrates the role of multiple and repeated biopsies to exclude malignancy.
