Abstract

Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST) currently constitute an entity that has been well defined because of a better understanding of the responsible cell and of immunohistochemical markers. In this article, we report a rare and interesting case of a man aged 46 presenting with a bulky GIST of the duodenal bulb and a large hepatic metastasis.
