Résumé

L’énucléation chirurgicale d’un insulinome expose au risque de fistule pancréatique, surtout lorsque la tumeur est proche du Wirsung. Nous rendons compte, dans l’observation que nous rapportons, de la tentative de prévenir cette complication par la mise en place préopératoire d’une endoprothèse wirsungienne.

Abstract

The surgical removal of insulinoma risks causing pancreatic fistula, especially when the tumor lies close to the pancreatic duct. In the case that we report here, we sought to avoid this complication by placing an endoprosthesis in the pancreatic duct preoperatively.
