Abstract
Gastrocolic fistula formation is an extremely rare complication of gastric adenocarcinoma. Here we reported a 65-year-old man who was admitted with recent onset halitosis and weight loss. Radiologic and endoscopic examinations revealed gastric cancer fistulizing transverse colon. The tumor was unresectable and the patient died in a short time after diagnosis.
