Abstract.

This is a case report of diving related decompression sickness causing spinal cord symptoms and unique MR findings. The clinical and imaging manifestations are examined, while the pathophysiology of decompression sickness is reviewed. The variety of imaging findings from similar reported clinical cases have are also discussed.
