In MED ON (levodopa equivalent daily dose: 1500 mg), patient shows upper limb asymmetric rest tremor (right side predominance), postural and intentional tremor, worsening during writing, mild bradykinesia (slight left side predominance), an anterocollis and a mild Pisa syndrome (with left shoulder elevation)”.
