Video 1: Die Videosequenz zeigt einen hypertrophierten linken Ventrikel mit guter systolischer Funktion. Die rechten Kavitäten werden durch einen Perikarderguss komprimiert. Die Aorta ascendens ist dilatiert. Oberhalb der Aortenklappenebene kommt ein flottierender Intima-Flap zur Darstellung.
