Weiterentwicklung notfallmedizinischer Strukturen – Planung der Fußballweltmeisterschaft 2006 – Krankenhauskatastrophenplanung

Zusammenfassung

Themenschwerpunkte der 21. notfallmedizinischen Jahrestagung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Südwestdeutscher Notärzte (agswn) im März 2006 bildeten Konzepte für interdisziplinäre Notaufnahmen, die Bedeutung des Ärztlichen Leiter Rettungsdienst und des Ärztlichen Leiter Notarztstandort sowie die organisatorischen und planerischen Vorbereitungen auf die Fußballweltmeisterschaft 2006. Ein weiteres wesentliches Tagungsthema war die Bewältigung von Katastrophen und die hierfür notwendigen Planungsvoraussetzungen in Krankenhäusern. Neben der Vorstellung etablierter Konzepte an deutschen Krankenhäusern, wurde auch von der Versorgung in amerikanischen Einrichtungen berichtet. Die Vorhaltung von Alarmplänen und regelmäßig durchgeführte Übungen bleiben ein wichtiger Bestandteil in der Vorbereitung auf Katastrophen in und um die Krankenhäuser in Deutschland.

Abstract

The major theme of the 21st Emergency Medicine Annual Meeting of the Working Group Southwest German Emergency Physicians in March 2006 developed concepts for interdisciplinary emergency admissions, the importance of medical direction in the rescue services and at the emergency location, as well as the organizational and planning preparations for the Football World Cup 2006. Specific aspects of the planning for this exceptional event were considered from the view points of the emergency physician and rescue services, as well as the fire services and police. An additional, important theme was the handling of catastrophes and the planning requirements in hospitals necessary for this. In addition to presenting established concepts in German hospitals, the situation in American hospitals was also reported. The exposition of alarm plans and regular exercises remain important components in the preparation for catastrophes in and around hospitals in Germany.
