Aktuelle notfallmedizinische Versorgungskonzepte in der Luftrettung

Zusammenfassung

Die letztjährige Jahrestagung der Leitenden Ärzte und Rettungsassistenten der Deutschen Rettungsflugwacht und ihrer Teampartner stand unter dem Titel „Aktuelle Versorgungskonzepte in der Luftrettung“. Um die Versorgung durch die Luftrettung auch in Zukunft sicherzustellen ist eine ständige Weiterentwicklung der Fort- und Weiterbildung nötig. Mit dem neu entwickelten „Einführungskurs Luftrettung“ sollen Notärzte auf die besonderen Gegebenheiten der Luftrettung vorbereitet werden. Konzepte der medizinischen Datenerfassung wurden auf der Jahrestagung ebenso diskutiert wie Versorgungskonzepte beim akuten Koronarsyndrom und beim Schlaganfall. Nachdem einzelne Luftrettungszentren die neuesten Entwicklungen an ihren Standorten dargestellt haben, berichteten Vertreter der Luftrettungszentren Berlin, Halle, Rendsburg und Regensburg über die Erfahrungen mit der Luftrettung bei Nacht. Zum Abschluss wurden noch medizinische Aspekte der Wasserrettung erläutert.

Abstract

Last year’s annual meeting of the chief physicians and emergency medical technicians of the German Air Rescue Service and their team partners was entitled “current management concepts in air rescue.” To ensure that air rescue services will also be provided in the future, it is necessary that programs for continuing education be further enhanced. The newly developed “Introductory Course in Air Rescue” is intended to prepare emergency physicians for the specific conditions of air rescue. Concepts of medical data acquisition were discussed during the meeting as well as management concepts for acute coronary syndrome and stroke. After individual air rescue centers presented the newest developments at their stations, representatives from the air rescue centers in Berlin, Halle, Rendsburg, and Regensburg reported on their experience with air rescue during night time. Finally, medical aspects of water rescue were explained.
